Description
How to make footnotes? It is easy. Just use the [[footnote]] tags1 as shown below.
You can also decide where to show the footnotes section (listed footnotes). By default it is placed at the end of the page. You can also customize the title for the footnotes. You can also use allmost all types of content in the footnotes. E.g. photos ;-)
Code
Vivamus neque. Suspendisse facilisis. Morbi quis ante. Ut rutrum. Nullam nibh leo, ullamcorper quis, rhoncus vitae, hendrerit ut, mauris. Morbi purus[[footnote]]
Image in the footnote???

This is an example footnote with an image ;-)
[[/footnote]].
Curabitur ullamcorper dictum pede. Nam fermentum velit a nisl. Aenean in mi. Etiam turpis augue, luctus sed, porttitor a, adipiscing ut, dui.
[[footnoteblock title="custom title for footnotes"]]

And not only the title, also the words "Click to scroll down to footnotes". I really see that you do a lot of work for wikidot, but none of your references are a solution to my problem, or I am not smart enough to understand your short criptical explinations.
Since the popup for the footnotes is generated by some javascript, I can not find any reference of how it's build, therefore I can not adress certain classes or id via the CSS.
I need a popup triggered by a mouse-over. Since that is not yet made for wikidot, I have to settle for the footnote, but as we all know this has a heading and a footer in English wich I would like to get rid off.
I even would like to be able to select the text in the popup and since it i appears to low it dissapears before you can select it. And since I am expressing my wish, the hover-function should also work for the whole word, not for a number that indicates the footnote.
That's my wish

like bibliography :
http://community.wikidot.com/bibliograph-test-include ( important: you can "hide" the refeences/bibliopgraphy)
or

OR:
http://community.wikidot.com/howto:howto:embelish-text:examples#toc35 - using the span-classes - could be you can build your own clases for hoovering ? in a custom theme…
Service is my success. My webtips:www.blender.org (Open source), Wikidot-Handbook.

I am building a site for not-english speaking readers so I would like to be able to change the title "footnote x." to something I would like to see and also "Click to scroll down to footnotes". There are certain things I can do with CSS. For example I can hide the title "footnote x." with the display:none. But I need to know the class or Id name for this… can you help?
A more elegant solution would be welcome, but translations are not on the list I notice.

I tried using formatting (bullets) with bibliography references but apparently formatting only works with footnotes - can somebody confirm this or am i simply doing something worng?
