What are the meanings of those labels generated by the module?
Why would I want a visitor to a wikidot site to be presented with such content? How could it be useful to the visitor, who would not know how that specific module is coded up? Whatever it is presenting (such that I cannot guess) why is it not presented in a visitor-friendly way?
Not in response to this module, but in response to wikidot in general: Such that I've been able to find, wikidot has not even provided useful documentation about the 'categories' feature. That is unfortunate. What does this module add to it, then?
I can appreciate that someone has tried to put something together, to the result of this module. If I was to continue using Wikidot, I'm sure that a lot of functionality would be provided by way of modules. I begin to question whether I will be able to continue using Wikidot, however.
The 'categories' feature could be a crucial feature, towards organizing the presentation of the content of a wiki site. If it is not adequately described, for its nature and usage, however, then it would be essentially useless to me — point of fact.
This module looks like it could eventually provide some useful functionality. I'm afraid that I can't say it does, however, at this time.

I know a lot of wikidot sites - where categories were never used or in mind…
But If you want to use it - than it could help like in wikipedia the "namespaces".
Use it or not! :)
Edit: I changed a little the page content and inserted the information about categories..
