We had to do this for Computer Networks 1A.
Capstone Project 2-1: Set Up Ubuntu Desk.
The computer used was my Beast, which is an Asus VivoBook.
The virtual machine used is the ASUS.
The VM operating system is the Ubuntu OS 64-bit version 24.04.2.

No issues transpired during installation. Downloading the OS in advance is my only tip to save time in future.
